East Chicago lawmaker continues leading national Latino legislators organization

State Rep. Earl Harris Jr., D-East Chicago, recently was reelected vice chairman of the Board of Latino Legislative Leaders during the group's annual conference in San Diego.

A Northwest Indiana lawmaker is continuing to serve in a top position at a national organization focused on uplifting Latino communities and developing Latino leaders across the country.

State Rep. Earl Harris Jr., D-East Chicago, recently was reelected vice chairman of the Board of Latino Legislative Leaders during the group's annual conference in San Diego.

“Wow, man. What a scene. You can’t make up what we see out here on any given day,” Hobart patrol officer Tommie Tatum said.
