Fulton County’s drug court team celebrated its second success story Thursday with the graduation of 26-year-old Rochester resident Daulton E. Conley.

Joined by family, Daulton walked out of the Fulton County Courthouse a free man with a clean record after completing a rigorous 12-month program.
