When general election poll workers arrived at the Fulton County Fairgrounds for Rochester Precincts 6, 7 and 8 voting Tuesday they found something they’re not quite used to – a line.

Not just a line – as normally happens first thing election morning – but a long line. It stretched from the north entrance of the 4-H Community Building past the Everett Smith building and the driveway to the fence along East Fourth Street.
