A Rochester man accused of holding a woman at gunpoint and discharging a shotgun in her direction is set to appear for a change of plea hearing next week in Fulton Superior Court.
The incident, which resulted in the arrest of 56-year-old Edward B. Downs, occurred during the evening of May 24, 2022, at 550 E. Eighth St.
