To the Defendants named above and any other person or entity concerned:

You have been sued by the "Plaintiff" above. The suit is a Complaint to Quiet Title upon property in Fulton County, Indiana. more fully described as:

PARCEL 1:

The North 4 acres of the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 31 North, Range 1 East, as surveyed by Seth White, Indiana professional surveyor #21200024 and shown on a plat of that survey certified on January 30, 2019, as Seth White surveying, LLC job number 190107 (all monuments referenced herein are as set or found on the aforesaid White survey), being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of said section, as marked by a #5 steel rebar; thence South 00 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West, along the East line of the Southeast quarter of said Section, 132.00 feet to the Northeast corner of the 4 acre property described in instrument number 201001001003 (Kline) said corner being marked by a magnail with washer (White); thence North 88 degrees 49 minutes 29 seconds West, along the North line of said Kline property, 1322.95 feet to a steel rebar with cap (White) marking the Northwest corner of said Kline property, and being on the West line of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said section; hence North 00 degrees 17 minutes 07 seconds East, along the West line of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said section, thence South 88 degrees 48 minutes 29 seconds East, along the North line of the Southeast quarter, 1323.35 feet to the point of beginning, said area containing 4.01 acres, more or less.

PARCEL 2:

Part of the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 31 North, Range 1 East, as surveyed by Seth White, Indiana professional surveyor #21200024 and shown on a plat of that survey certified on January 30, 2019, as Seth White Surveying, LLC, Job Number 190107 (All monuments referenced herein are as set or found on the aforesaid White survey), being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of said section, as marked by a #5 steel rebar; thence South 00 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West, along the East line of the Southeast quarter of said section, 396.00 feet to a magnail with washer (White) marking the Southeast corner of a property described in instrument #201502122 (Kline), said magnail also being the point of the beginning of this description; thence continuing along the East line of the Southeast quarter of said section, 528.00 feet to a magnail with washer (White) said magnail also marking the Northeast corner of a property described in instrument #200600601717 (Wentzel); thence South 00 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West, along the North line of said Wentzel property, 1320.45 feet to a steel rebar with cap (White) marking the Northwest corner of said Wentzel property, and also being on the West line of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said section; thence North 00 degrees 17 minutes 07 seconds East, along the North line of said Kline Property; thence South 88 degrees 49 minutes 29 seconds East, along the North line of said Kline property, 1322.15 feet to the point of beginning, said area containing 16.01 acres, more or less.

Plaintiff has also filed an Affidavit showing that the residence and the whereabouts of unknown parties who may claim to have an interest in the real estate that is the subject of this litigation, upon diligent inquiry, are unknown.

To all Defendants named, known, unknown, wife, husband, widower, heirs, devisees: the purpose of this legal proceeding is to quiet title to the above described real estate. You must answer the Complaint, in writing, within thirty (30) days commencing the day after final publication of this notice, or judgment may be entered against you as demanded in the Complaint. If judgment is entered quieting the title to the Plaintiff, such judgment shall be against all demands, claims, claimants, and the world.
