NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
TO THE OWNERS
OF THE WITHIN
DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fulton County, on Cause No. 25D01-1109-MF-00585 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association As Trustee For Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-6, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-6, was Plaintiff and Randy Overmyer, Med-l Solutions, LLC., United Farm Family Mutual Insurance Company, and Unknown Tenants/Occupants of 417 West 5th Street, Rochester, IN 46975, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 22, 2014 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at 200 East 8th Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
Lot Number Twelve in Noftsger's Sub-Division of Out Lot Number Two, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point One Hundred Twenty feet East of the Northwest comer of said Lot Number Two, thence South parallel with the West boundary line of said Lot One Hundred Ninety and One Half feet, thence East parallel with the North line of said out Lot Sixty feet, thence North One Hundred Ninety, and One Half feet, thence West Sixty feet to the place of beginning. Excepting Eighteen feet off the North end of said Lot. All being a part of the North Half of the Northwest fraction, West of the Michigan Road, of Section Thirty-Two Michigan Road Lands.
