By virtue of a certified copy of a January 24, 2014, "Order Granting First Bank of Berne's Motion for Default Judgment Against James B. Teel and Angela Dawn Shidler, a/k/a Angela Dawn Messersmith" directed to me by the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause Number 25D01-1307-MF-000426, wherein First Bank of Berne was Plaintiff, and James B. Teel, Angela Dawn Shidler, a/k/a Angela Dawn Messersmith, T.J. Shelton and the Fulton County Treasurer were Defendants, the Court ordered me to sell James B. Teel's real estate to satisfy First Bank of Berne's $114,954.15 judgment with interest and costs, I have levied upon and will expose and sell at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of May, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Fulton County Sheriff's Department, 200 E. Eighth Street, Rochester, Indiana 46975, the fee simple of James B. Teel's real estate in Fulton County, Indiana, which is legally described as follows:

Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Benner and Smith's Addition in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 29 North, Range 3 East and all that real estate of said Section lying between said Lots 12 and the Water's Edge of South Mud Lake, if the North and South lines of said Lot #12 were to be projected to the Water's Edge; Also all that part of said Quarter of said Section lying within the confines of Lake Street in said Addition the half section line to the South of said Lots, the C. Emery Ditch and said Lake.
