Crissinger a/k/a Stephanie Jean Crissinger a/k/a Stephanie Jean Eastwood and Occupant(s) of 305 East Aurora Street, Kewanna, IN 46939, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19th day of November, 2013 at 10:00 A .M. of said day, at 200 East Eighth Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana:
Lot Number 83 in Albert D. Toner, et al, Addition to the Town of Kewanna, Indiana. 25-05-27-164-002.000-011 and commonly known as:
305 East Aurora Street,
Kewanna, IN 46939.
Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 25D01-1302-MF-202 in the Superior Court of the County of Fulton Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien.
Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
