By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Fulton Superior Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 25D01-1302-MF-000148 , wherein Bank of America, N.A., was Plaintiff, and Larry W. Freeman, Linda S. Freeman, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 E 8th St., Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
