By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Fulton Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C01-1207-MF-000579 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Angela M. Thompson a/k/a Angela Thompson was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of July, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 East 8th Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
