By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25D01-1211-MF-000912, wherein Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and Kenneth Gilbert a/k/a Kenneth Dale Gilbert, Jr., Professional Account Services, Inc. and Credit Bureau of Shelby County a/k/a Eagle Accounts Group, Inc., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of July, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 200 E Eighth Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana:

Land Situated in the County of Fulton, State of Indiana and described as follows: Lots 256 and 257 in A.D. Toner's 3rd Addition to the Town of Kewanna, Indiana also the South half of Lot 254 and the South half of Lot 255 in Toner's Third Addition to the Town of Kewanna Indiana.

and "commonly known as:

309 N East St.,

Kewanna, IN 46939.

Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 25D01-1211-MF-000912 in the Superior Court of the County of Fulton Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien.

Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
