ALL INTERESTED PARTIES



NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE



By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C01-1103-MF-121, wherein Crossroads Bank was plaintiff, and Michael R. McGee, Susan M. McGee, Rochester Building Service, Inc., and State of Indiana for and on behalf of its agency, Indiana Department of Revenue, were defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of June, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the real estate located at 416 East Ninth Street, Rochester, Indiana 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana, to-wit:



40 feet of uniform width off of the South side of all that part of Lot #363 in Robbins and Harter's Addition to the Town, now City of Rochester, Indiana, which lies East of the right of way of the Nickel Plate Railway.



Also, 40 feet of uniform width off of the entire South side of Lot #369 in Robbins and Harter's Addition to the Town, now City of Rochester, Indiana.



Also, 15 feet off the entire North end of all that portion of Lot #363 and 25 feet off the entire South end of that portion of Lot #364 that lies East of the Nickel Plate Railroad East right of way.



Also, 15 feet off the entire North end of Lot #369 and 25 feet off of the entire South end of Lot #368 and all of the above described real estate being situated in Robbins and Harter's Addition to the Town, now City of Rochester, Indiana.



Also, all that part of the 0.16 acres described in Deed Record 27 page 237 that lies between the East line of Lot #368 and 369 and the West line of the Mill Race Tract which lies adjacent to the above described real estate.
