NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Fulton Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C01-1205-MF-339 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Jeff Goforth a/k/a Jeffery L. Goforth, Coleen Goforth, BMO Harris Bank National Association f/k/a M&I Bank, FSB and Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21st day of May, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 East 8th Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
A part of the Northwest quarter of section 4, township 29 north, range 3 east, Fulton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast comer of the northwest quarter of said section 4; thence west on and along the south line of said northwest quarter a distance of 300.0 feet; thence north 12 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds east 178.5 feet thence north 4 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds east 82.5 feet; thence south 89 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds east 256.38 feet to a point on the east line of northwest quarter of said section 4; thence south on and along said east line 255.5 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.61 acres, more or less.
