A tract in 29 Michigan Road Lands beginning 456 feet South 88 degrees 45 minutes West of the Southeast corner of the North half of the Northwest quarter of section 29; thence North 5 degrees 43 minutes East 246 feet; thence North 20 degrees 18 minutes West 231 feet; thence West 322.4 feet; thence South 1 degree 15 minutes East 469.55 feet; which is to the centerline of a public road; thence North 88 degrees 45 minutes East along the centerline of the road 368 feet which is to the beginning, containing 4 acres, more or less.

This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to Indiana Law. It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption form such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of Fulton County, a deed conveying to him the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.
