By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25CO1-1210-MF-000812 wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC Attorney In Fact forSPHS, a Division of Bank of America, FSB was Plaintiff, and Mark Turnpaugh, Michele Turnpaugh and David Billman were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree
with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of March, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. of said day, at the Sheriffs Department, 200 East 8th Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
The following described real estate in Fulton County, State of Indiana:
Commencing at a point 30 feet north and 271 feet west from the northeast comer of Lot 19 in Capt. El'Dorado's First Addition to Nyona Lake, in the northeast quarter of Section 16, Township 29 North, Range 3 East, thence west 165 feet; thence south 296.5 feet; thence east 148 feet; thence north 297.5 feet to the place of beginning, said tract being known as Lot II-MX, Guinn's Farm Ground.
