NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS AND
ALL OTHER PERSONS
AFFECTED OF ADOPTION AND
CONTENT OF RESOLUTION
OF THE FULTON COUNTY
Taxpayers of the Fulton County Redevelopment District ("District"), and all other persons affected hereby, are notified that the Fulton County Redevelopment Commission ("Commission"), did: (i) at a meeting held on October 12, 2010 adopt a declaratory resolution ("Blacketor Declaratory Resolution"), establishing the 4th & Blacketor Economic Development Area ("Economic Development Area"); and (ii) at a meeting held on November 30, 2012 adopt a declaratory resolution ("Kewanna Declaratory Resolution"), establishing the Kewanna Redevelopment Area"). On November 20, 2012, the Commission adopted: (i) its Amending Declaratory Resolution ("Amending Declaratory Resolution"), amending the Blacketor Declaratory Resolution and Economic Development Plan to designate Lucas Street LLC and its successors and assigns as a "designated taxpayer" and to add projects in, serving or benefitting the Economic Development Area to the Economic Development Plan, and (ii) its Kewanna Declaratory Resolution establishing the Redevelopment Area and an allocation area within the Redevelopment Area. The Amending Declaratory Resolution, the Economic Development Plan, as amended, the Kewanna Declaratory Resolution, the Redevelopment Plan and supporting data including a map and plat describing the Redevelopment Area, have been prepared and can be inspected at the office of the County Auditor, 125 East 9th Street, Suite 108, Rochester, Indiana.
Notice is further given that the Commission on February 18, 2013, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., local time, at Kewanna Town Hall, Kewanna, Indiana, will receive and hear remonstrances from persons interested in or affected by the proceedings pertaining to the Amending Declaratory Resolution and the Kewanna Declaratory Resolution. At the time fixed for hearing or at any time prior thereto any person interested in the proceedings may file a written remonstrance with the Secretary of the Commission. At such hearing, which may be adjourned from time to time, the Commission will hear all persons interested in the proceedings and all remonstrances that have been filed. After considering this evidence, the Commission will take final action by either confirming, modifying and confirming, or rescinding the Amending Declaratory Resolution and the Kewanna Declaratory Resolution.
