REGULATING TRAFFIC FLOW AND PARKING IN FRONT OF THE FULTON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS LOCATED ON
WEST THIRD STREET
Whereas, on July 2, 2001, the Fulton County Commissioners enacted Ordinance No. 070201-A captioned "An ordinance regulating traffic flow and parking in front of the Fulton County Fairgrounds located on West Third Street during the Fulton County 4-H Fair", and
Whereas, the Fulton County Commissioners have determined that said ordinance should be repealed in its entirety and replaced with an ordinance regulating traffic flow throughout the entire year, and not limited to the time period that the Fulton County 4-H Fair is conducted.
Now, therefore, be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Fulton County, Indiana, as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 070201-A captioned "An Ordinance regulating traffic flow and parking in front of the Fulton County Fairgrounds located on West Third Street during the Fulton County 4-H Fair" is hereby repealed in its entirety.
2. That, beginning at the west drive of the IOOF Cemetery on West Third Street and extending 3,222 feet ending at the West boundary of the Fulton County Fairgrounds, there shall be no parking between the "No-Parking" signs. Violators vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.
3. That at the main entrance there shall be marked a pedestrian crosswalk marked with "Pedestrian Yield" signs.
4. That the Fulton County Highway Department shall mark said road and place place said sign as set out above.
This ordinance is effective upon passage and proper publication.
