By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Fulton Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C0l-1l10-MF-716 wherein Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Kristina M. Starner, David Owen Starner and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 29th day of January, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 East 8th Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
