NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Fulton Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C01-1010-MF-498 wherein PNC Bank, N.A. successor by merger to National City Bank successor by merger to National City Mortgage Co. was Plaintiff, and Michelle J. Chagnon, Caleb B. Bucher, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. s/b/m Wells Fargo Bank Indiana, N.A. f/k/a Norwest Bank, Indiana, N.A. s/b/m The Akron Exchange State Bank, United States of America and State of Indiana were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of November, 2012 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 East 8th Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 30 North, Range 5 East, Fulton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast comer of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 27; thence South on and along the East line of said Quarter Quarter Section 417.42 feet; thence West 417.42 feet; thence North 417.42 feet to a point on the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence East on and along said North line 417.42 feet to the Place of Beginning, containing 4.00 acres, more or less.
