Notice is hereby given that the Rochester City Board of Zoning Appeals of the Fulton County, Indiana will hold a public hearing in the council chambers at the City Hall Building, 320 Main Street, Rochester, Indiana on September 26, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. on the petition of DON ORR, Docket #BZA 247-0812, requesting a Development Standard Variance on the maximum height of an accessory structure, for the purpose of a garage on property located at 1129 Rochester Blvd., Rochester, IN within the Residential Cluster (RI) District.

A copy of this petition, and all pertaining thereto are on file and available for examination prior to the public hearing at the Fulton County Plan Commission Office at 125 East 9th Street, Rochester, Indiana by appointment only by calling 574-223-7667. No appointments on holidays. Written comments in support of or in opposition of the petition may be filed with or mailed to the Fulton County Plan Commission office (125 East 9th Street, Rochester, Indiana 46975) prior to the public hearing, or filed with the Rochester City Board of Zoning Appeals Administrative Secretary at the public hearing.
Said public hearing will be open to the public and any comments for or against the petition will be heard at this meeting.
