By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Fulton Circuit Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 26, 2012, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of Fulton County, in Fulton County, Indiana, located at 200 E. 8th St., Rochester, IN 46975 on September 25, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Fulton County, Indiana, to-wit:
Commencing on the west line of Pontiac Street in the Town, now City of Rochester, Fulton County, Indiana, 5 rods North of the point of intersection of the west line of Pontiac Street and the North line of 12th Street, formerly Plum Street in said City; thence North 3 1/2 degrees East along the line of Pontiac Street 5 rods to the South side of an alley; thence along the South side of said alley 165 feet; thence South 3 1/2 degrees west parallel with Pontiac Street 68 feet and 7 inches; thence 86 1/2 degrees East parallel with 12th Street 165 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.29 of an acre, more or less.
Also, 27 1/2 feet of uniform width off of the North side of Lot #1 in Oakwood Addition to the Town, now City of Rochester, Fulton County, Indiana, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2 page 261.

This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith (see Indiana Code).
It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of Fulton County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.
Taken as the property of the Defendant(s) stated above at the suit of Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP. Said sale to be without relief from valuation and/or appraisement laws.
