No, Judy, you are not the only one who remembers the FREE movies in Leiters Ford. Wasn't it great? I remember when a train would go through town, and you couldn't hear any of the audio. It didn't take much to entertain us, did it?

Wouldn't today's kids be appalled if they had to resort to such crude silliness for entertainment? Of course, you couldn't see the movie anyway, since there would be too much light coming from their cell phones, and they would often have to take their eyes off the screen in order to text their friends.

My name was Judith Thompson when I attended Aubbeenaubbee Township School at Leiters Ford, IN.
We had the BEST basketball team in the area, and there was ALWAYS something to do, year round.
Am I the only one who remembers watching movies, out doors, by the railroad tracks, ect.
