Raynee M. Myers
Nov. 26, 1962 - Aug. 4, 2014
Raynee M. Myers, 51, Rochester, passed away Monday, Aug. 4, 2014, at Life Care Center, Rochester
Raynee Marlene Myers was a gift from God. She came into our world on Nov. 26, 1962, as the daughter of John "Bill" and Ramona Ann (Caywood) Myers. Raynee was named after her grandfather Ray and grandmothers, Arleen Myers and Marge Hanson.
Raynee graduated from Riddle Elementary, Rochester Middle School and Rochester High School in May 1982. Raynee would liked to have been a registered nurse (She was a candy striper early in life and loved it.), but somehow her health was not allowing her to go forward.
Raynee loved working at The Newsstand with her parents, where she made many friends that shopped and came in just to visit. She loved taking trips around Rochester. She learned early in life the secret of contentment in every situation. She had been a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, and enjoyed art, crafts, and history, especially history pertaining to the Titanic and Bigfoot.
She was a loving daughter and sister. She is survived by her mother, Ramona Ann Myers, Rochester; a brother, Jon Richard Myers, Rochester; a nephew, Damon E. Myers, Indianapolis; uncle and aunt, Bob and Nancy Caywood, Rochester; cousins, Tammy Caywood, Rochester, Debbie and husband Richard Megan, Pompano Beach, Fla., and Joe and wife Vickie Caywood, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her father, John William Myers on Dec. 4, 2007, brother Brett Garfield Myers on March 13, 1988, grandfather Garfield Hanson on Dec. 6, 1997, and grandmother Marjory Hanson on Dec. 31, 1990.
A private service will be observed. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center or the United Ministries Food Pantry. Arrangements by Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester. Online condolences may be expressed at www.zimmermanbrosfh.com.

Even though I had lost touch with Raynee. I have a lot of great childhood memories with her. My thoughts and prayers are with her wonderful mother and rest of the family.
