NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Fulton Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C01-1706-MF-000372 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and TERRY L. KIMBLE, SARAH S. KIMBLE, Communitywide Federal Credit Union and Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of March 2018, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 East 8th Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.

Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 30 North, Range 1 East in Fulton County in the State of Indiana and also being a part of the 32 acre tract described in deed record book 138 on page 338 in the Office of the Fulton County Recorder, said part being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 14 and at a distance of 30 feet due South of the North line of said Section 14. Said point of beginning also is on the South right of way of Indiana State Highway #14: thence due South (bearing assumed) on and along said West line of the Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 14 a distance of 281.81 feet; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 316.91 feet; thence North 0 degrees 36 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 80.22 feet; thence North 57 degrees 5 minutes 28 seconds West a distance of 58.60 feet; thence North 0 degrees 51 minutes 24 seconds East a distance of 169.89 feet to the South right of way of Indiana State Highway #14; thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds West to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains 1.851 acres, more or less.
