NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE


By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit/Superior Court of  Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25D01-1705-MF-259 wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust was Plaintiff, and Richard Shultz, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of March, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 815 Madison Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana. 

A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 29 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, FULTON COUNTY IN THE STATE OF INDIANA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 17, SAID POINT BEING WEST (BEARING ASSUMED) 1,889.56 FEET FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER  OF SAID SECTION 17; THENCE CONTINUING WEST ON ANDALONG  SAID SOUTH LINE 294.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 184.00; THENCE NORTH 87 DEGREES 39 MINUTES 46 SECONDS EAST 294.24 FEET;  THENCE SOUTH 196.00 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 1.282 ACRES, MORE OR LESS
