NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE


By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No.  25D01-1609-MF-528 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Harold D. Van Doren a/k/a Harold D. VanDoren and Miranda S. Van Doren a/k/a Miranda S. VanDoren and Akron Dental Care, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of March, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 815 Madison Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana. 

20 acres off the entire west end of the following described real estate, to-wit: 51.18 acres off the entire north side of the northwest quarter of Section 2, Township 30 North, Range 4 East, the same being 160 rods east and west by 51 rods 2 feet 11 16/23 inches, north and south, less 5 acres off the entire south side of said above described 20 acres, and leaving 15 acres, more or less.
