By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C01-1708-MF-00499, wherein First Federal Savings Bank was Plaintiff, and Jennifer L. Burnett, was the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of March, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at Fulton County Sheriff’s Department, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
