NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE


By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No. 25C01-1606-MF-000312 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Janice M. Norman, Deceased, and Any Heirs-at-Law, Devisees, Legatees, Descendants, Personal Representatives, Executors, Trustees, and Administrators of Janice M. Norman; Bradley Norman; Tri County Ambulance Service, Inc.; and Any Unknown Occupants, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of March, 2018, at the hour of 10 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 200 E. 8th St., Rochester, Indiana, 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana.
