NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE


By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Fulton County, Indiana, in Cause No.  25D01-1709-MF-000595 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and Angela Bredeweg, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of March, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m.or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 815 Madison Street, Rochester, IN 46975, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Fulton County, Indiana. 

Commencing in the center of the Akron & Gilead Wagon Road, at a point where the same intersects the half section line running East and West, through the center of Section 24, Township 30 North, Range 4 East, in said county and state; thence West on the half section line 56 rods; thence North 64 rods; thence East 25 rods to the center of said Akron and Gilead Road; thence in a Southeasterly direction along the center of said road to the place of beginning, excepting therefrom the following parcels: First: Excepting all that part of said tract lying South of the North line of the right of way of the Chicago and Erie Railway, through said section; Second: Excepting also the triangular piece lying between the North line of the right of way of said Chicago & Erie Railway Company and the South line of the old grave yard in said section; Third: Excepting the Old Grave Yard lot and the steam flowing mill lot and also excepting the lots formerly owned by Noah Heeter, W.S. Cutshall and George Waechter all of the above exceptions bound on the East by the Akron & Gilead highway, and extending back therefrom: Four: Excepting therefrom, a tract of land in Akron, Indiana, in Section 24, Township 30 North, Range 4 East, beginning 605.5 feet North 23 degrees 38 minutes West, which is measured along the right of way of the road. from the intersection of the North right of way line of the railroad and West right of way line of the Akron Gilead Wagon Road. thence North 23 degrees 38 minutes West which is along the road right of way 125 feet; thence South 66 degrees 22 minutes West 108 feet; thence South 23 degrees 38 minutes East 57 feet; thence South 76 degrees 22 minutes 73.4 feet; thence South 17 degrees 38 minutes East 60.0 feet; thence North 72 degrees 52 minutes East 192 feet; which is to the place of beginning, containing 0.41 acres, more or less. Also, a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 30 North, Range 4 East, described as follows: Commencing on the West side of the highway running from Akron to Gilead and at the Southeast corner of the land now owned by Alonzo F. Bright, being about 657 1/2 feet South of the dwelling house of Matilida Curtis in the Town of Akron, thence running West on the South line of said Bright 123 1/2 feet the Southwest corner thereof; thence in a Southeasterly course and being the same course as the West line of said Bright land, five rods and three feet to the North line of a 12 foot alley; thence East on the North line of said alley to the West line of said public highway to the place beginning. Also. Commencing on the half section line at a point 10.03 chains South of the South boundary line of Rochester Street in the Town of Akron, Indiana; thence South 87 degrees West 4.50 chains; thence South 1.43 chains; thence North 87 degrees East 4.99 chains; thence North 66 degrees East 94 links; thence North 14 degrees West 130 1/2 chains; thence South 66 degrees West 94 links; thence South 87 degrees West 12 links to the place of beginning, containing .81 acre, more or less.
