Patsy R. Willard Taylor, 84, died Jan. 9, 2018, at Las Palomas Center, Albuquerque, N.M.
She was born on July 25, 1933, in Fulton County to Joshua and Edith Burkett Willard. She graduated from Rochester High School in 1952.
She married Charles Taylor in 1955 and moved to California. She divorced and returned to Rochester in 1974.
She worked for Torx Products for 15 years and retired in 1992. She moved to Albuquerque, N.M., where she resided until her passing.
She is survived by two daughters, Carol Walters, Mesa, Ariz., and Cathy Stevens, Albuquerque, N.M.; grandson Steve Hartman; granddaughter Erica Towne; great-grandson Matthew Towne; half sister Wilma Jean Tullis, Macy; sister Marlene Clark, Soap Lake, Wash.; brother Bill Willard, Rochester; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; half brothers Charles Willard, Gene Seidner and Bob Seidner; and half sisters Louise Skidmore Vernon, Helen Morris and Shirley Wagner.
Her cremains will be buried in Citizens Cemetery, Rochester.
